How long is processing?

Processing takes 5-7 business days. Holidays and weekends are not considered business days. We will email tracking numbers as soon as your package is shipped out.

How long is shipping?

Shipping takes between 2-7 business days to deliver for DOMESTIC orders.

For international orders may take between 7-14 days to deliver.

Returns/Exchanges and refunds. All returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days. Remember you are responsible for shipping cost back. 

All sales are FINAL after 30 days. 

What if I put in the wrong address?

If you have put in the wrong address please contact us within 24 hours or before your shipping label has been made. Once the shipping label has been made but not shipped off you have to pay for a new shipping label. After your order has been shipped with the wrong address you have to wait until it is returned back to us and pay for it to be shipped again.
